Offline Record Book app for iPhone and iPad

This is a simple easy to use diary notebook which can be used to take personnel notes.
Notes are arranged in an orderly manner as a Current Day View.
A Summarized View is available on the Report page with data grouped into each day.
Data is made available in CSV via download button on the Report page.
